If it happened – that the wrong product came to you, the product was damaged during transportation, or you found a defect – we will arrange a refund or exchange for you in the near future.
We provide a 1-year warranty on ALL products from our catalog.
Reasons why we make an exchange and refund:
- you received the wrong product that was in your order
- the product came with a factory defect
- the product was broken during transportation
- warranty case
Warranty cases:
- any breakdown that occurred is obviously not your fault.
For example – a boom or mast burst, the board became soft or began to leak, the boom broke, the seams parted.
Non-warranty cases:
- the product was damaged mechanically due to your fault
For example – you broke off a fin on a reef, hit a board on rocks, stuck a mast in the sand on the wave, tore a sail on other contructions.
We accept requests for a refund or exchange of goods by mail shop@windsurftoys.com in the first day after delivery and unpacking.
Requests for a refund or exchange under warranty, we accept by mail shop@windsurftoys.com within 1 year from the date of delivery.
In the letter, please indicate the order number, the product that you would like to replace or return, a description of what happened and how you found the breakdown, the reason for the return and a photo / video of the product of inadequate quality.
Photos / videos of the goods need to be sent as much as possible – the place of the breakdown, photos of the goods from all sides.
The delivery of the goods is paid at our expense.
The exchange and return of the goods is made within 14 working days, if the goods are in stock.
