With one foot we step on one side and with other on the other side of the board. The rolling cylinder is constantly throwing us out of the balance. We try to keep the balance on the board as long as possible.
Balance board is a great addition to winter balance training which is not advisable only for windsurfers, but for everybody. With the use of balance board (5 – 10 minutes/day) not only your balance will improve, but it also has a positive impact on your joints (ankles, knees), muscles and ligaments.
